Motorola budget phones Moto C and Moto C Plus to be launched soon:
Motorola has been a great OEM for android over the past few years producing budget phones, mid- range phones and even premium phones at a reasonable cost. It brought the revolution of Online-only mobiles in India at affordable prices. This is great for developing countries as more and more people are connected by web.
After plenty of previous leaks and rumors, Motorola has finally confirmed it plans to launch two new budge smartphones that won't break your bank, the Moto C and Moto C Plus. Both are expected to go on sale later this spring in parts of Asia, Europe and Latin America. The company is yet to announce whether it will be available in USA and Canada.
Lenovo-owned Motorola will launch two entry-level budget smartphones - Moto C and Moto C Plus. Both the smartphones come in metallic cherry, pearl white, fine gold and starry black colour options. Both the smartphones run Android 7.0 Nougat with update to android O greatly possible. operating system and are powered by MediaTek processors. They have a 2MP front-facing camera with LED flash and sport a micro-textured rear panel. Android Nougat too comes with cool new features such as multi tasking from the window, priority notifications and many under the hood changes and improvements.
The Moto C comes with a 5-inch FWVGA display with 480x854 pixel resolution. The device comes with 1 Gig of RAM and 8GB or16GB internal storage. The users have the choice to further expand the storage up to 32GB by adding a micro SD card. The smartphone comes in both single SIM and dual micro SIM option and rocks a 5MP rear camera with LED flash. Measuring 145.5 x 73.6 mm x 9 mm, the company has introduced both 3G and 4G versions of the device. It is backed by a 2,350 mAh battery and offers 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options which is incredible, indeed.
Moto C plus:
On the other hand, the Moto C Plus sports a 5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixel resolution. The smartphone comes with options of 1GB and 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be extended up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone rocks an 8MP back camera with LED flash and ƒ/2.2 aperture. The rear camera is also capable of recording HD videos. The smartphone measures 144x 72.3x 10 mm and packs a 4,000 mAh battery. The company claims that the smartphone can offer up to 30 hours of battery backup and it also supports fast charging. In terms of connectivity it offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
The company has priced the Moto C 3G version for $97 and the 4G version is priced at $108. While, the Moto C Plus is priced at $130.These are pretty affordable prices and we'll review the model soon.The pricing in India is around 7000 INR and its pretty cheap for the specs it offers.
